Christian Ahlmann (GER) has taken over the lead at the top of the standings of the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup – Western European League after riding Caribis Z to victory in 11th leg of the series, the €160,000 Longines FEI Jumping World Cup – Leipzig CSI 5*-W last Sunday during Partner Pferd CSI 5*-W in Leipzig, Germany.
The German added 20 additional points to his overall score, tallying a total of 72 points. Former leader Steve Guerdat (SUI) was relegated to second place, remaining with the same 65 points from the previous round.
Daniel Deusser (GER) and Pieter Devos (BEL) are right on the heels of the Swiss rider, both just one point behind. Martin Fuchs (SUI) rounds out the top five backed by a combined score of 61 points.
