
Vejer de La Frontera, Spain โ January 26, 2025 โ The CSI 3* ended on Sunday to conclude the second week of the Andalucรญa Pre-Sunshine Tour with the highlight class, the 1.50 Longines Ranking Grand Prix . From a 30 strong field, nine went through to contest what proved to be a very fast jump off, around the course built by Javier Trenor (ESP) and his team.
In the end Kendra Claricia Brinkop (GER) topped the podium in front of two of her compatriots, giving the Germans a trifecta. Kendra was riding the very fast 11-year-old Enrico de la Pomme, who is by Vigo D Arsouilles STX x Ingma,ย bred and owned by Geert Baertsoen.ย
They stopped the jump-off timers in the jump off in 40.61 seconds almost a second faster than Helmut Schรถnstetter (GER) who took second place in 41.44s with 11yr old mare, Toulanda Degli Assi, with this being just one of the podium places today for this German rider.
In third place in this competitive class, was Jens Baackmann (GER) with the 10-year-old Holsteiner Lorenz 86. Fourth and fifth were Spanish riders, Luis Ortiz Agรผera with โHvedholms Cashewโ and Armando with โConthargo-Blueโ finishing off a great record of jumping over the two weeks here at the Andalucรญa Pre-Sunshine Tour.
