Daniel Bluman & Cachemire de Braize Blaze Triumphantly at the TerraNova Equestrian Center

Myakka City, Sarasota, Florida, USA โ€“ March 15, 2024 โ€“ Daniel Bluman (IRL) and Cachemire de Braize got off to the perfect start last Friday at the TerraNova Equestrian Center, claiming first place in the $32,000 Galati Yacht Sales Welcome Speed CSI 2* to kickoff international competition during the third week of the Winter Series at the venue.

A total of 39 total entries from nine countries, highlighted by five Olympians contested the 1.45m challenge but it was the Colombian-born rider who represents Israel and the 12-year-old bay Selle Franรงais gelding (Nissan Quality Touch Z x Jaguar Mail) who left all the poles up for no penalties and registered the fastest time, being timed in 61.94 seconds.

Luiz Francisco de Azevedo (BRA) & Collin

The closest duo to the eventual winners were Luiz Francisco de Azevedo (BRA) and Collin, who completed their fault-free round in 62.760 seconds.

Darragh Kenny (IRL) & Serendepety

Darragh Kenny (IRL) and Serendepety also registered a clean scorecard, earning bronze honors in 63.170 seconds.
