Geneva, Switzerland – December 07, 2023 – Victor Bettendorf (LUX) took the CHI Geneva 5* by storm on Friday, claiming the first two FEI-classes of the renowned showjumping event. Entered with his mare Big Star des Forêts in the opening event, the CHF $10,100 Radio Lac Prize CSI 5*, Bettendorf blazed past the competition in the 1.40m speed challenge, leaving all the poles up before crossing the finish line in 51.49 seconds.

He took the victory ahead of the two riders representing Les Bleus. Simon Delestre (FRA) and Crack D’Aiguilly Z were the closest ones, finishing nine-tenths off the winning mark while François Xavier Boudant (FRA) rounded out the top three aboard Egoki, doing so in 54.27 seconds.
