
Saint Lô, France – October 22, 2022 – Mathieu Billot (FRA) and Darling de L’Angevine claimed top honors in the €25,500 Crédit Agricole Normandie CSI 4* last Saturday during the Jumping International St. Lô CSI 4* at the Pôle Hippique de Saint-Lô.
Riding the 2013 bay Selle Français mare (Air Jordan x Clinton), Billot bested 10 other contestants in the tiebreaker, clearing all the 1.45m obstacles before crossing the finish line in 36.45 seconds.
Alexa Ferrer (FRA) and Arka de La Hart Z (Arko III x Kashmir van Schuttershof) were just over a hal-second slower, registering no penalties in 36.96 seconds to secure silver honors in the jump-off.
An all-French podium was denied by Gudrun Patteet (BEL), who guided Sea Coast Enjoy Z (Emerald van’t Ruytershof x Parco) towards the third spot on the podium, backed by a clean scorecard and final time of 37.20 seconds.
