Grimaud, France – May 13, 2022 – She is the phenomenon of the moment in French horse riding, the one everyone is talking about, the one to whom everything succeeds. Selected for the French team at the Official de France in La Baule last week, the Bresse rider Mégane Moissonnier (FRA) continues her winning streak by claiming top honors in the feature class of the day, the €51,400 Hubside.Store Jump-off Challenge CSI 3* CSI 3* at the Hubside Jumping Grimaud-Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Associated with Bracadabra, with which the young 24-year-old woman had reached the final of the French Master Pro Championship in Fontainebleau, Mégane Moissonnier (FRA) was ahead of the French champion Pénélope Leprévost (FRA), in saddle on GFE Candy de Nantuel, and the American Laura Kraut (USA), Olympic vice-champion by team, who rode the Selle Français Calgary Tame today.
“Bracadabra did very, very well: he jumped really well. It was a course which I think was not huge compared to what we can jump here sometimes, but which was quite technical, very light , with faults on all the obstacles. Bracadabra finally won a class (laughs). We didn’t go far each time and today was the right one, so I’m delighted with my horse! that has been happening to me in recent weeks does not constitute any particular pressure: last week, in La Baule, I really wanted to show that I was not in the team by chance. I wanted to do well, and that went well. I just hope to continue on this good momentum, without stressing particularly. I am not very prone to stress anyway.”
