Marco Kutscher & Origi van de Maltahoeve Race to the Top in Grand Prix Qualifier CSI 2* at Riesenbeck

Riesenbeck, Germany – April 29, 2022 – Marco Kutscher (GER) was the star of the day at the Riesenbeck International CSI 2*. The renowned German teamed up with Origi van de Maltahoeve, riding to first place in the €25,500 Grand Prix Qualifier CSI 2*.

Kutscher claimed top honors in the speed challenge by guiding the 2014 chestnut Belgian Warmblood gelding (Marius Claudius x Darco) flawlessly over all the 1.45m obstacles before tripping the timers in 64.19 seconds.

Richard Vogel (GER) and Churchill 48 (Cassito x Colman) raced towards a second-place finish, posting a penalty-free performance in 64.37 seconds.

Christian Hess (GER) and Untouched (Uriko (Clooney NLD) x Cartani) also left all the poles up for no penalties, conquering the third spot on the podium in 65.18 seconds.
