Grimaud, France – April 16, 2022 – Once again, a French rider did not disappoint the local fans on attendace at the Hubside Jumping de Grimaud. Julien Gonin (FRA) and Cymba galloped towards the gold in the €30,000 Two-Phase Challenge CSI 5* on Saturday during the second week of the Spring Series at the renowned venue.

Winner’s Circle – Julien Gonin (FRA)

“I have practice for several types of courses, so that Cymba would be calm and also to be able to aim for an event. Today, I imagined that we could perform in this event: the distances and the layout, everything was going well enough for us so I tried! As a result, I took a stride in almost all the lines, except the last for which I remained in a normal contract. The mare has a lot of amplitude and has the same tendency to improve in this exercise over time. Therefore, the weekend ends for Cymba on a good note.”
