
Grimaud, France – April 07, 2022 – It’s showtime for showjumping once again at the 2022 edition of the Hubside Jumping at Grimaud and the French got off to a great start, claiming the top three positions in Thursday’s feature class, the €25,500 Hubside Jumping Special Two Phase CSI 3*. In the end, it was Julien Anquetin (FRA) and Blood Diamond du Pont who prevailed above the rest.
Anquentin guided the 2011 bay Selle Français gelding (Diamant de Semilly x Arpege Pierreville*HN) flawlessly throughout the two phases of the 1.45m challenge, completing the final section in 27.41 seconds for the win.
Mathieu Billot (FRA) and H (C Indoctro x Emilion) also left all the poles up for no penalties, being just over a half-second slower to claim the runner-up position.
Paul Delforge (FRA) was powered to the third fastest clean performance over the second-phase by Terre du Banney (Crown Z x Olisco), earning bronze honors in 28.47 seconds.
