Tokyo, Japan – August 02, 2021 – It’s showtime for the first showdown of the best showjumpers in the world at the Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan. The first competition is set to begin tomorrow, the individual qualifier. A total of 73 combinations representing 35 nations are set to face Santiago Varela‘s (ESP) course. The starting order has already been determined with Gregory Wathelet (BEL) and Nevados S being amongst the last group of rider-and-horse pairs to compete in this nail-biting qualifier, which promises to keep spectators on the edge of their seats.
