Ascona, Switzerland – July 22, 2019 – Martina Meroni (SUI) and Rock de Vains won the €25,000 Tecnoprogetti Grand Prix CSI 2* yesterday during the Longines CSI Ascona 5*/2* in Ascona, Switzerland.

The Swiss and the 14-year-old bay Selle Français mare (Robin II x Galoubet A) claimed top honors in the 1.45m jump-off challenge by completing their second effort flawlessly, stopping the timers in 37.90 seconds.

Mathilde Balmelli (SUI) and Allegra (Lando x Diamant de Semilly) finished second, the only difference being their final time of 40.40 seconds.

Thibaut Keller (SUI) and Quelmec du Gery (Pamphille x Jasper) were the only other combination that registered a double clear, completing their performance in 42.84 seconds during the tiebreaker.
