Shanghai, China – May 04, 2019 – Martin Fuchs (SUI) and Chaplin won the €146,000 Speed Class CSI 5* yesterday during the Longines Global Champions Tour of Shanghai CSI 5* in Shanghai, China.

The Swiss and the 12-year-old bay Dutch Warmblood stallion (Verdi x Concorde) were supreme in the 1.55/1.60m challenge, registering no penalties in 73.17 seconds for the victory.

Christian Kukuk (GER) and Lacasino (Lordanos x Cassini I) claimed silver honors, only being twelfth-hundredths slower.

Spencer Smith (USA) and Theodore Manciais (Kashmir van Schuttershof x Power Light) completed the podium with no penalties and a time of 74.40 seconds.
