Grand Palais, Paris, France – March 23, 2019 – Simon Delestre (FRA) and Hermes Ryan won the €400,000 Hermès Grand Prix CSI 5* yesterday during the Saut Hermès au Grand Palais in Paris, France.

The Frenchman and the 14-year-old Selle Français gelding (Hugo Gesmeray x Ryon d’Anzex) soared to victory in the 1.60m jump-off challenge, defending their title last year after registering no penalties at the end of their two performances, completing the second one in 34.68 seconds.
Christian Ahlmann (GER) & Dominator 2000 Z
Christian Ahlmann (GER) and Dominator 2000 Z (Diamant de Semilly x Cassini I) were the closest ones, finishing second only due to their final time of 34.86 seconds.
Eduardo Alvarez Aznar (ESP) & Seringat
Eduardo Alvarez Aznar (ESP) and Seringat (Chef Rouge x Guillaume Tell) earned bronze honors by registering no penalties and a time of 36.15 seconds during the tiebreaker.
