Kenneth Cheng (HKG) and Pommeau du Heup were victorious in the CNY $670,000 Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping – China League Grand Prix CSI 3*-W last Sunday in Beijing, China.

Kenneth Cheng (HKG) and Pommeau du Heup
The Hong Kongese rider and the 15-year-old chestnut Selle Français stallion (Helios de la Cour II x Thurin) conquered the top spot on the podium with a brilliant performance in the jump-off, overcoming all the 1.50m obstacles en route to crossing the finish line in 41.40 seconds.
The winners’ two penalty-free performances were also matched by Vincent Lambrecht (BEL) and Delitys by Wisbecq (Indorado x Jokinal de Bornival), earning silver honors only due to their final time of 45.25 seconds.
Xiakeija Wopa (CHN) and Con Air (Con Air x Baloubet du Rouet) were faster than the previous combination, but one rail down in the tiebreaker meant that they would have to settle for third place after registering four penaltites in 41.82 seconds.

Podium: 2) Vincent Lambrecht (BEL), 1) Kenneth Cheng (HKG) and 3) Xiakeija Wopa (CHN) during the awards ceremony.
