Erynn Ballard (CAN) & Handy van HD of Tottenham won the $35,500 FEI Open Welcome CSI2* last Thursday during the Classic at the Caledon Equestrian Park in Caledon, Ontario, Canada.
Ballard and the 11-year-old chestnut Belgian Warmblood mare (Tinka’s Boy x Nabab de Reve) posted the winning time of 40.27 to claim victory during the jump-off.
Ian Millar (CAN) & Vittorio settled for second after having crossed the timers in 42.84 seconds at the end of their second performance.
Elissa Reisman (CAN) & Citizenguard Cadjanine Z (Canabis Z x Feinschnitt I Z) rounded out the top three.
