Roger-Yves Bost (FRA) & Tesway de la Batia won the €25,240 Institut Esthederm Prize CSI 5* yesterday during the Jumping International de France – CSIO 5* de La Baule in France.
The Frenchman and the 11-year-old Selle Français gelding (Calvaro x If de Merze) took the lead for good in the 1.40m speed challenge by completing their performance with no penalties and a time of 62.36 seconds.
Nicolas Delmotte (FRA) & Darmani van’t Heike
It was a 1-2 for the home nation as Nicolas Delmotte (FRA) & Darmani van’t Heike (Grandeur x Voltaire) earned silver honors after matching the clean scoresheet of the eventual winners in 63.90 seconds.
Kevin Jochems (NED) & Evita
Kevin Jochems (NED) & Evita (Canturano x Farmer) rounded out the top three, registering no penalties in 65.10 seconds.
