
Jimmy Torano (USA) & Day Dream won the $25,000 Welcome Grand Prix yesterday during the third week of the Tryon Spring Series at the Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC) in Mill Spring, North Carolina.
Only three combinations had qualified for the jump-off, with Torano riding two of them. The American made the most of it, registering two other penalty-free performances, claiming first place aboard Day Dream, a 10-year-old Dutch Warmblood gelding (Zento x Heartbreaker), backed by a jump-off time of 36.202 seconds.

Moreover, he achieved a one-two after riding Glasgow de Muze (Andiamo x Parco) across the finish line in 36.245 seconds.

Nicole Bellissimo (USA) & Jersey V.D. Hunters
Nicole Bellissimo (USA) & Jersey V.D. Hunters earned bronze honors with no penalties, going through the timers in 38.169 seconds during the tiebreaker.
