Martin Fuchs (SUI) & Clooney won the CHF $100,000 Longines Grand Prix CSI 5* yesterday during the Mercedes-Benz CSI Zürich 5* in Switzerland.
After a win in the Top 40 Prize 4 hours earlier, followed by a fourth place in the Mercedes-Benz Jump & Drive in previous class, the Swiss entered the ring aboard Clooney 51 (Cornet Obolensky x Ferragamo) and produced two other fault-free rounds.

Not only did Fuchs guide the 12-year-old Westphalian gelding flawlessly throughout the 1.55m course, he also led Clooney en route to registering the fastest time of 35.12 seconds during the jump-off. Simply a pheonomenal day for Martin!
Luca Maria Moneta (ITA) & Connery
Luca Maria Moneta (ITA) & Connery (Cordobes II x Polydor) were close behind, finishing with no penalties in 35.68 seconds.
Bertram Allen (IRL) & Gin Chin van het Lindenhof
Bertram Allen (IRL) & Gin Chin van het Lindenhof (Chin Chin x Calido) were the only other combination that registered two fault-free performances, rounding out the top three with a jump-off time of 37.37 seconds.
