Giulia Martinengo Marquet (ITA) & Verdine SZ won the Gold 4 Longines Ranking class yesterday during Spring MET 2018 at the Mediterranean Equestrian Tour CSI 2* in Oliva Nova, Spain.

The Italian and the 11-year-old bay Zangersheide mare Verdi x Heartbreaker) (Verdi x Heartbreaker) triumphed in the 1.45m contest after leaving all the poles on their cups and going through the timers in 32.23 seconds during the tiebreaker.

Pedro Veniss (BRA) & Anaya Ste. Hermelle (Andiamo x Paladin des Ifs) had another great outing, finishing second with no penalties and a jump-off time of 32.33 seconds.

Nicolas Deseuzes (FRA) & Quilane de Lezeaux (Grenat de Grez x Page de Paulstra) clinced third place with a double clear scorecard, just six-hundredths of a second slower than the latter two.
