Air Jordan! Coyle & King Kannan GP Fly the Highest in the $62,500 Bainbridge Companies CSI 5*

Wellington, United States โ€“ February 06, 2026 โ€“ Ireland was back on top on Friday during Week 5 at the 2026 Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) at Wellington International. Early in the day, five-star competition took the stage once again with Jordan Coyle (IRL) winning the $62,500 Bainbridge Companies CSI 5* with King Kannan GP.

Fifty combinations entered the ring for the 1.50m speed challenge but it was Jordan who flew the fastest aboard the 11-year-old Dutch Warmblood gelding owned by Elan Farm, registering no penalties in 58 seconds flat.

Mark Bluman (COL) & Phelina de Septon

A speedster in his own right and one of the most consistent riders at the venue so far this season, Mark Bluman (COL) was nearly a second slower on Phelina de Septon, earning reserve honors in 58.91 seconds.

Richard Vogel (GER) & Iron Dames Abou-Chaker

Richard Vogel (GER) and Iron Dames Abou-Chaker also left all the poles up for no penalties too, conquering bronze honors in 59.62 seconds.

Taking center stage during Saturday Night Lights as the featured event of the week, the $500,000 Fidelity Investmentsยฎ Grand Prix CSI 5* will play out with five out of the worldโ€™s top-ten ranked riders going head-to-head at Wellington International.

Hosting 12 weeks of international competition, WEF runs through March 29 at Wellington International in Wellington, FL.
