Sixth Win of the Season! Jordan Coyle Claims the $62,950 Kubota Cup CSI 5*

Calgary, Canada โ€“ July 06, 2025 โ€“ Jordan Coyle (IRL) aboard For Gold took the victory in the final speed competition of the Spruce Meadows summer tournaments. In the competition (where faults are converted to time) Coyle flew through the finish line in 75.59 seconds to conquer victory in the $62,950 Kubota Cup CSI 5* on Sunday.

Coyle and For Gold have won an astounding SIX FEI competitions this season at Spruce Meadows and won three-out-of-four of the Speed Competitions – only to be second in the Canadian Utilities Cup during the โ€˜Continentalโ€™, presented by Rolex.

Irish riders have won most of the competitions so far this season at Spruce Meadows. Moreover, they have scored several one-two finishes. It was no different this time as James Chawke (IRL) and Daido Vanโ€™t Ruytershof Z had the only other clean performance of the 1.50m contest. finishing in second place after crossing the finish line in 79.20 seconds.

Despite having a pole down, Eugenio Garza Perez (MEX) and Victer Finn DH Z were able to secure bronze honors due to their time of 81.46 seconds.
