
Basel, Switzerland โ April 03, 2025 โ A victory on home soil! To the delight of the Swiss spectators Anthony Bourquard (SUI) and Flanagan Semilly stormed to victory in the โฌ30,000 ย Land Rover Discovery Prize CSI 3*, held last Thursday alongside the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup Final CSI 5*-W. The Swiss and the 10-year-old bay Selle Franรงais gelding (Kannan x Quick Star) dashed towards first place by clearing all the obstacles in the speed challenge while completing the course in 58.37, thus overcoming the other 29 entries in the 1.50m contest.
Luciana Diniz (BRA) and Vertigo du Desert gave the winners a run for their money but their clean round was over a second off the winning mark, still managing to secure reserve honors.
Jordy van Massenhove (BEL) and Caleya completed the podium, registering no penalties in 60.70 seconds.
