Another Ryan, Another Irish Win! Jack Ryan & DSH Lucky Junior Jump to First in the €103,220 Selleria Equipe Grand Prix CSI 4*

Arezzo, Italy – April 05, 2025 – Not just mere Irish luck, another Irish victory by another Ryan! After Thomas Ryan’s victory in the €103,220 Kask Grand Prix CSI 4* one week before, it was up Jack Ryan (IRL) and DSH Lucky Junior to put Ireland on top of the podium in the €103,220 Selleria Equipe Grand Prix CSI 4* on Sunday during the second week of the Toscana Tour II at Arezzo Equestrian Centre.

In order to do so, Ryan and the 2016 Irish Sport Horse gelding (Bbs McGregor x Luidam) had to overcome six other combinations in the tiebreaker, out of the original 49 other entries in the first round, registering no penalties in 404.47 seconds at the end of their final performance.

Crossing the finish line less than four-tenths of a second behind, Jens Baackman (GER) and Lorenz 86 cleared all the fences too, earning reserve honors in 40.85 seconds.

Robin Lesqueren (FRA) and FBI d’Ellipse completed the top three with no penalties too, rounding out the top three in 42.26 seconds.
