Doha, Qatar – February 14, 2025 – Emanuele Gaudiano (ITA), who had been earlier excelling in the Doha Tour rounds, continued his good form on Friday, the second day of the prestigious three-day 2025 HH The Amir Sword International Equestrian Festival CSI 5* & CSI 3*-W at the magnificent Longines arena of Al Shaqab.

The Italian topped the €57,000 Speed Challenge CSI 5* showjumping class with the grey gelding Chalou’s Love PS to claim the big prize of €14,250. Gaudiano and the 2012 grey Oldenburg gelding (Diablo Blanco x Conterno Grande) posted a flawless round in 66.85 seconds for the win.

Saudi Arabia’s Abdullah Alsharbatly (KSA) and the bay stallion Boeckmanns Lord Pezi Junior finished a close second in 67.25 seconds.

Great Britain’s Ellen Whitaker (GBR), riding the bay mare Korlenski was third with a clean performance in 67.53 seconds.
