Oliva Nova, Valencia, Spain – November 08, 2024 – To the delight of the home crowd, Mariano Martinez Bastida (ESP) guided Quark de Preuilly Z to victory in the €29,100 Rent a car Dénia Trophy CSI 3* on Friday at the Mediterranean Equestrian Tour.

The 1.45m speed challenge was contested by 81 combinations but the Spaniard and the 2013 bay Zangersheide stallion prevailed against them, completing their clean run in 66.41 seconds.

The speed of the winning duo proved to be too much for the rest of the field since the closest rivals were Jacob Hellström (SWE) and Charles, who secured reserve honors in 68.88 seconds.

Geir Gulliksen (NOR) and Oh La La van Overis rounded out the top three with no penalties in 69.15 seconds.
