Pedro Veniss & Nimrod de Muze Império Egípcio Reign in the Grand Prix of Montefalco CSI 4*

Montefalco, Italy – May 05, 2024 – Pedro Veniss (BRA) and Nimrod de Muze Império Egípcio put Brazil on the top of the podium in one of the main events last weekend, the Al Shira’aa Le Lame International – Sagrantino Showjumping CSI 4*, held at Le Lame Horse Sporting Club in Montefalco, Italy. The dynamic duo emerged victoriously in the Grand Prix of Montefalco CSI 4*, presented by Pietro Coricelli SPA.

The feat was even more special for Haras Império Egípcio, as they had already won the same trophy the year before, that time with Stephan Barcha (BRA) and Chevaux Primavera Império Egípcio.

Overcoming 10 other combinations in the jump-off, among the 48 that started in the first round, the Pan-American medalist and Olympic rider won the main class of the event, featuring obstacles at 1.55 meters. Pedro and Nimrod claimed victory after two perfect rounds, the decisive one in 40.85 seconds.

Alain Jufer (SUI) and Dante MM secured second place in 41.11 seconds, followed by the Italian Giacomo Casadei (ITA) and Marbella du Chabli who cleared the jump-off in 43.47 seconds.
