
Wellington, Florida, USA – November 30, 2023 – The International Arena of the Wellington International was home to some of the biggest names of the noble sport from Wednesday to Sunday as it hosted the ESP Holiday & Horses CSI 4*.
Continuing Thursday’s competition in the International Ring was the $50,000 TRM Grand Prix Qualifier CSI 4*. Thirty-two entries tackled the large and technical track designed by Anthony D’Ambrosio (USA). Brazil’s Luiz Francisco de Azevedo (BRA) was the quickest out of the four double-clears in the shortened course, stopping the timer at 37.29 seconds.
It was a one-two for Brazil as second place was claimed by Rodrigo Pessoa (BRA) and Artemis Equestrain Farm LLC-owned Dhalida with a clear 37.95 while Ireland’s David O’Brien bookend in 38.05 seconds aboard El Balou Old, owned by Chansonette Farm LLC & Leap Year Farm LLC.
