Casas Novas, La Coruña, Spain – December 01, 2023 – An illustrious veteran, Roger-Yves Bost (FRA), engraved his name in gold letters on the honor board of the €26,700 Marqués de Riscal Trophy CSI 5*-W, the first class of the 2023 A Coruña CSI5*-W program. The French rider was outstanding with Ballerine du Vilpion.

The French success in this Marqués de Riscal Trophy was not limited to Bosty, as he was followed by another experienced rider: Olivier Robert (FRA) with Esprit du Figuier Aa, a 9 year old son of “Upslion”, who has caused a great sensation last weekend in Madrid.

Behind the two French riders was Jesús Garmendia (ESP)) in third place. The rider from San Sebastian was, as always, very competitive, riding Sandano 2.

Leopold Van Asten (NED) with VDL Groep Nino du Roton and Therese Soehol Henriksen with “Iron Maiden” were fourth and fifth.

Alejandro Aznar, President of Bodegas Marqués de Riscal, presented the trophy to Roger-Yves Bost, who also received a magnum bottle of the wine sponsoring the event.
