
Saint-Lô, France – October 27, 2023 – World number two climbs to the first spot on the podium! Julien Epaillard (FRA) and Dubai du Cedre claimed the feature class Friday, the €52,600 Prix Ville de Saint-Lô & Saint-Lô Agglo CSI 4* during the Jumping International de Saint-Lô CSI 4* & CSI 2* at the Pole Hippique de Saint-Lô.
The tiebreaker was contested by bixteen out of the sixty-three combinations who took part in the first round of the 1.50m challenge but it was the “Flying Frenchman” and the 2013 chestnut Selle Français mare (Baloubet du Rouet x Diamant de Semilly) who prevailed. Backed by their second flawless performance, the duo secured the win in 29.42 seconds.
It was a battle between two Frenchman for the top spot on the podium as Roger Yves Bost (FRA) and Delph de Denat HDC (Air Jordan x Odana de Mars) finished second in 30.22 seconds.
Third place was claimed by Kristaps Neretnieks (LAT) and Palladium KVJ (Lancer III x Cornet Obolensky), doing so by completing their second trip around the ring in 30.71 seconds.
