Sixth Win at the Sunshine Tour! Nicole Anderson & Emerald Irish Cruise Top €26,600 Small Tour Grand Prix CSI 4*

Vejer de La Frontera, Spain – February 26, 2023 – Once again, the Super Sunday at the Andalucía Sunshine Tour did not disappoint. Held in the Milton Arena, the €26,600 Small Tour Grand Prix CSI 4* featured 61 combinations, facing obstacles at  1.45 meters in the first round. There were over 20 riders in the jump off and the heat was on in the competition!

In the end, it was British rider Nicole Lockhead Anderson (GBR) with Emerald Irish Cruise (Ringfort Cruise x Mount Diamond Flag) who were declared the winners. The British rider and her own 8-year-old mare stopped the timers in 32.36 seconds. a mark that was not matched by any of the other 21 finalists. This was their 6th win here at Montenmedio and every time they have taken to the arena they have jumped clear.  A record that is hard to beat!

Rogier Linssen (NED) & Dancing Nini Z

Hot on her heels was was Dutch rider, Rogier Linssen (NED) in 32.49 seconds with Dancing Nini Z (David BB x Vigaro).

Peter Burri (SUI) & Dubai 64

Third place was conquered by Swiss rider, Peter Burri (SUI) who also registered no penalties with Dubai 64 (Chin Champ x Casall), earning bronze honors in 33.24 seconds.
