
Valencia, Spain – February 09, 2023 – The second week of FEI-level competition got off to a great start on Thursday at the CES Valencia Tour and a Belgian rider definitely stole the spotlight, claiming two victories out of a possible 3 at the venue. Before going on to win the €26,300 CES Valencia Tour Grand Prix CSI 2* on Sunday, the dynamic duo of Vincent Lambrecht (BEL) and Catwalk Harry had already shown their supremacy in the
Lambrecht was lightning fast aboard the 2009 Irish Sport Horse gelding (Verdi TN x Obos Quality 004), leaving all the poles up despite being over 2 seconds faster the next contestant, securing the win in 57.64 seconds.
His feat was also enhanced by the fact that he faced fierce competition. Edward Levy (FRA) and Confidence d’Ass (Diamant de Semilly x Berlin) were the closest ones, finishing second in 60.34 seconds.
Roberto Previtalli (ITA and Come On Semilly (Diamant de Semilly x Come ON) rounded out the top three with no penalties too, completing their round in 60.63 seconds.
