
Valence, France – November 27, 2022 – Niels Bruynseels (BEL) blazed past the competition, teaming up with Matador en route to victory in the €100,000 Hubside Store Grand Prix CSI 3* to conclude the first week of the 2022 Winter Editon at the Hubside Jumping Valence CSI 3* & 2*.

Bruynseels bested seven other riders in the jump-off of the 1.55m challenge by posting a penalty-free performance in 38.08 seconds aboard the 2012 black Belgian Warmblood gelding (Emerald x Laredo).
Wilm Vermeir (BEL) and Enola Gay of Two Notes Z (Emerald x Chin Chin) tried their best but fell short due to their fianl time of 40.55 seconds, a mark that would still earn them second-place honors.
The third spot on the podium was claimed by Michael Duffy (IRL), who guided Everest D.R. (Carthago Z x De Roock Gilbert) towards two penalty-free performances too, the decisive one in 40.69 seconds.
