Valence, France – November 27, 2022 – Bryan Balsiger (SUI) was back on top of the podium as the best in the €25,500 Hubside Store Grand Prix CSI 2*, presented by Indexia on Sunday during the first week of the 2022 Winter Edition at the Hubside Jumping Valence CSI 4* & CSI 2*.
Balsiger (SUI) counted on Ak’s Courage (Chepetto C x Lennon 5) carefullness and good speed to leave all the poles up for no penalties in the jump-off and 2009 German Sport Horse (DSP – SATHU) also responded with speed, registering 35.27 seconds for the win.
The next two highest-placed combinations also posted two flawless performances each, both of them representing the host nation. Guillaume Roland Billecart (FRA) and Ustica des Luthiers (Kashmir Van Schuttershof x Bleu Blanc Rouge II) earned silver honors in 36.23 seconds while Antoine Ermann (FRA) and Beryl des Pres (Popstar Lozonais x Djalisco du Guet) secured the third spot on the podium in 36.74 seconds.
