Pia Reich & PB Chaconie Power Past the Competition in €26,000 MS Direct Prize CSIO 5* at St. Gallen

St. Gallen, Switzerland – June 05, 2022 – The German Pia Reich (GER) and PB Chaconie powered past the competition to win the €26,000 MS Direct Group Prize CSIO 5* last Sunday during the Longines CSIO 5* of St. Gallen.

A total of 43 combinations took part in the 1.50m speed challenge but only 12 of them completed the course without having any penalties attributed to them. In the end, the German and the 12-year-old dark bay Oldenburg mare (Chacco-Blue x Kannan) came out on top after compelting their performance in 61.05

Jos Verlooy (BEL) and Luciano van het Geinsteinde (Quinn van de Heffinck x Air Jordan) secured silver honors in 61.84 seconds while Francisco José Mesquita Musa (BRA) rounded out the top three aboard Alea Marathon (Mylord Carthago*HN x Allegreto), only nine-hundredths of a second slower than the latter two.
