Julien Epaillard & Solero MS Soar to Another Victory at the Mediterranean Equestrian Tour CSI 2*

Oliva Nova, Spain – March 11, 2022 – Julien Epaillard (FRA) is certainly the winningest rider so far this year competing at the international level and it was no different last Friday as he teamed up with Solero MS to win the €25,900 Construcciones Hispano Germanas S.A. Two-Phase Challenge CSI 2*.

The “Flying Frenchman” guided the 15-year-old chestnut Hanoverian (Silvio I x Espri) beautifully over the two sections of the two-phase challenge, clearing all the 1.45m obstacles before stopping the final timers in 26.87 seconds for the victory.

Thiago Ribas Da Costa (BRA) and Kinky Van’T Heike (Epleaser Van T Heike x Grandeur) gave the eventual winners a run for their money, finishing second after being less than a half-second slower in the final section, doing so in 27.30 seconds.

Soren Pedersen (DEN) and Chico Z (Clinton x Quantum) continued to impress, rounding out the top three in 28.06 seconds.
