Valence, France – November 26, 2021 – Jean Luc Mourier (FRA) and Captain Keen cruised towards the win in the €25,400 Hubside Jump-Off Challenge CSI 2* last Thursday during the Hubside Jumping de Valence‘s inaugural edition of the Winter Tour, event held at the Haras des Grillons, featuring CSI 3* & 2* classes.
The Frenchman and the 2004 grey Oldenburg gelding (Windows vh Costersveld x Acord II) flew flawlessly over the two rounds of the 1.45m contest , completing his jump-off performance in 39.98 seconds.
Nicolas Delmotte (FRA) and Rachel (Rachel x Agropoint Cannizzaro) raced towards reserve honors, doing so in 40.52 seconds.
The host nation did not only all top-three places on the podium but put five combinations at the top of the leaderboard. Hugo Breul (FRA) and Clinton Son (Clinton x Heartbreaker) completed the all-French podium, registering no penalties and a final time of 41.56 seconds.
