Vilamoura, Portugal – October 22, 2021 – British riders stole the spotlight on Friday during the third week of the 2021 Vilamoura Champions Tour at the Vilamoura Equestrian Centre. Guy Williams (GBR) and Rouge de Ravel led the led the way, claiming top honors in the €25,400 Two Phase Challenge CSI 3*.

Frequent winners at the cozy venue, Williams and the 2005 bay Selle Français stallion (Ultimo Van Ter Moude x Quouglof Rouge) were supreme in the 1.45m challenge, advancing to and completing the second section of the course without having any penalties attributed to them, securing the victory in 26.31 seconds.

Robert Smith (GBR) and Ilton (Dulf van den Bisschop x Calvaro) were flawless right down to the wire, finish second in 27.38 seconds.

Michael Whitaker (GBR) and Q Paravatti N (Quality Time TN x Indoctro) completed the all-British podium, doing so in 27.53 seconds.
