Maurice Tebbel & Chaccos’ Son Lead the Pack in $101,000 Hipodrom Sopot Prize CSIO 5*

Sopot, Poland – June 17, 2021 – Maurice Tebbel (GER) and Chaccos’ Son got off to a great start on the first day of the Sopot Horse Show CSIO 5* last Thursday, leading a pack of 62 entries in the $101,000 Hipodrom Sopot Prize CSIO 5*, under the patronage of Radio Gdansk at Hipodrom Sopot.

Riding the 14-year-old Westphalian bay stallion (Chacco-Blue x Falkenhof’s Lancer), the German advanced to and completed the second phase of the 1.45m challenge flawlessly, claiming the victory in 30.37 seconds.

Harry Charles (GBR) put the British flag on the podium aboard Valkiry de Zance (Diamant de Demilly x Double Espoir), timed in 30.62 seconds at the end of the phase 2.

Kamil Papousek (CZE) and Charlyn also registered a clean scorecard all the way to the end, securing bronze honors in 31.16 seconds.
