
Vilamoura, Quarteira, Faro, Portugal โ February 25, 2021 – The British was raised high once again in Portugal. After having won theย โฌ25,700 Speed Challenge CSI 3*ย and the Small Grand Prix CSI 3* during the third week of the of theย Vilamoura Atlantic Tour,ย Laura Renwickย (GBR) andย Arkugaย once again claimed the crown of the day, another ย โฌ25,700 Speed Challenge CSI 3* at Vilamoura Equestrian Centre.
Theย 2011 Anglo-European Sport Horseย (AES) gelding (Arko III x Heartbreaker) flew flawlessly over all the 1.45m obstacles under the guidance of the British rider, completing their performance in 55.22 seconds for the victory.
Franรงois Mathy Jr. (BEL) and Casanova L’Herse (Ugano Sitte x Kashmir Van Schuttershofย ) gave a good effort, finishing second due to their time of 57.39 seconds.
Michael Pender (IRL) had another top-three finish, rounding out the top three aboard HHS Fortune (ย Catoki x Douglas), going through the timers in 58.39 seconds.
