
Poznan, Poland – February 21, 2021 – Felix Haßmann (GER) and SIG Chaccinus flew higher and galloped faster to win the PLN $102,800 Bank Polski Grand Prix for the FEI World Cup of Poznan CSI 2*-W last Sunday during the first leg of the 2021 Cavaliada Tour at Poznan.

A total of 15 combinations advanced to the jump-off of the 1.40m-1.60m challenge but the German and the 12-year-old bay Oldenburg gelding (Chacco-Blue x Chaccinus) overcame the rest of the field by registering the fastest final time among the 8 combinations that posted a double clear, securing the victory with a blazing time time of 39.73 seconds.
The host nation saw one of their own climb to the podium as Mateuz Tyszko (POL) and Zirocco Air (VDL Zirocco Blue x Con Air 7) claimed silver honors. The duo also left all the poles up for no penalties, stopping the jump-off timers in 41.15 seconds.
Loewie Joppen (NED) and Hantano (Quasimodo Z x Waranka) completed the podium backed by a clean scorecard while crossing the finish line in 41.84 seconds.
