Gorla Minore, Italy – November 14, 2020 – Jason Smith (GBR) and Queensway Royal sped to victory in the €25,500 Speed Challenge CSI 2* last Saturday during the Equieffe Winter Classic.

The Brit and the 10-year-old bay Irish Sport Horse gelding (Obos Quality x Maltstriker) galloped towards victory in the 1.45m contest after a penalty-free performance in 64.66 seconds.

Francesca Ciriesi (ITA) and Cape Coral (Comme Il Faut x Friedenstraum) were the runners-up, timed in 67.04 seconds.

Paris Ann Sellon (USA) and Anna Jo (Acodetto 2 x For Pleasure) completed the podium by registering no penalties while crossing the timers in 67.82 seconds.
