
Quarteira, Faro, Portugal – Sunday, March 02, 2020 – “La Marseillaise” was once again played yesterday at the Vilamoura Equestrian Centre as Mathieu Bourdon (FRA) and Bigouden du Tertre claimed top honors in the €51,150 Câmara Municipal de Loulé Grand Prix CSI 3* during the fifth week of the Vilamoura Atlantic Tour.

The Frenchman and the 9-year-old bay Selle Français mare advanced to and completed the jump-off of the 1.50m challenge without having any penalties attributed to them, going through the timers in 40.13 seconds for the victory.
John Whitaker (GBR) and Unick du Francport (Zandor x Helios de La Cour II) were the runners-up, finishing exactly seven-tenths of second off the pace of the eventual winners.
Cedric Le Goff (FRA) and Typhon de La Cense (Nartago x Super de Bourriere) were also double clear, rounding out the top three with a jump-off time of 43.63 seconds.
