Oliva Nova, Spain – Friday, February 28, 2020 – Steve Guerdat (SUI) and Ulysse des Forets won Friday’s €26,200 Grand Prix Qualifier CSI 3* on Friday during the third week of the Mediterranean Equestrian Tour’s Spring MET II in Oliva Nova, Spain.

The  Swiss guided the 12-year-old bay Selle Français mare (Col Canto x Le Tot de Semilly) beautifully through the two-phase 1.45m course, advancing to and completing the seconds phase without having any penalties attributed to them, going through the final timers in 30.76 seconds.

Megane Moissonnier (FRA) and Ussar des Bruyeres (Canturo x Concorde) were also clear right to the wire, finishing second in 31.19 seconds.

Vincent Lambrecht (BEL) and Double O Seven PL (Ugano Sitte x Vigo d’Arsouilles) completed the podium with no penalties, crossing the finish line in 31.35 seconds.
