Sharjah, The United Arab Emirates – February 06, 2020 – Shane Breen (IRL) and Evita won the €25,400 Sharjah Tourism Prize CSI 5* yesterday during the H.H. The Ruler of Sharjah Cup CSI 5*-W/2* at the Sharjah Racing Club in The United Arab Emirates.

The Irishman and the 11-year-old bay Dutch Warmblood mare (Carambole x Equador) left dust to the rest of the field in the 1.45m two-phase challenge, advancing to and completing the second section of the course without having any penalties attributed to them, securing the victory in 24.88 seconds.

David Will (GER) & Darius de Kezeg

David Will (GER) and Darius de Kezeg (Darco x Heartbreaker) were the runners-up, a bit further back with no penalties and a final time of 26.20 seconds.

Holger Wulschner (GER) & Casirus

Holger Wulschner (GER) and Casirus (Casiro 3 x Landor S) rounded out the top three backed by a clean scorecard, crossing the finish line in 29.07 seconds.
