Oliva Nova, Spain – January 30, 2020 – Janne Friederike Meyer-Zimmermann (GER) and Goja 27 jumped to victory in the €10,750 Speed Challenge CSI 3* for the Dammann Reitplatz- u. Sportplatzbau GmbH Trophy today during the third week of the Mediterranean Equestrian Tour in Spain.

The German and the 14-year-old chestnut Belgian Warmblood gelding (Wandor van de Mispelaere x Palestro Vd Begijnakker) left dust to the rest of the field in the 1.45m Grand Prix Qualifier, securing the victory with no penalties in 66.76 seconds.

Julien Epaillard (FRA) and Edesa’s Kzoom van de Wittemoere (Carabas V/D Wateringhoeve x Upsilonvd Heffinck Z) were the closest ones, finishing second after a penalty-free effort in 68.57 seconds.

Nicolas Bost (FRA) and Tesway de La Batia (Calvaro F.C. x If de Merze) rounded out the top three backed by a clean scorecard, stopping the timers in 69.28 seconds.
