Oliva Nova, Spain – January 17, 2020 – Pedro Veniss (BRA) and For Felicila triumphed in the €25,800 Grand Prix Qualifier CSI 2* yesterday during the first week of the Mediterranean Equestrian Tour‘s Spring MET circuit.

The Brazilian and the 15-year-old chestnut Hannoverian mare (For Pleasure x Espri) advanced to and completed the second phase of the 1.45m challenge without having any penalties attributed to them, securing the victory in 32.59 seconds.

Laura Renwick (GBR) came close to registering her second major win of the week, falling just short due to her final time of 32.79 seconds aboard Dublin (Vigaro x Calvados x Sable Rose).

Olivier Philippaerts (BEL) and Freesby de Vy (Deister x Fidji du Fleury) rounded out the top three after a clear performance, going through the final timers in 33.03 seconds.
