Hello Sanctos’ Retirement Ceremony To Be Held at CHI of Geneva 5*

Geneva, Switzerland – December 12, 2019 – Scott Brash’s Hello Sanctos will be retired next Saturday during a special ceremony at the CHI of Geneva 5* in Switzerland.

Originally ridden by Peter Wylde (USA) and Katharina Offel (GER) the Brit went on to team up with the 17-year-old bay Belgian Sport Horse gelding (Quasimodo van de Molendreef x Nabab de Reve) in 2012, registering most of the brilliant horse’s 23 FEI-level wins in 252 starts, including the only duo to ever win the Rolex Grand Slam of Showjumping.

2013 Nations Cup of Ireland CSIO 5* at Dublin Horse Show

2013 Team Gold at the European Championships in Herning

2013 Global Champions Tour Grand Prix of Doha CSI 5*

2014 Rolex Grand Prix CSI 5* at Wellington

2014 Global Champions Tour Grand Prix of Cannes CSI 5*

2014 Global Champions Tour of London CSI 5*

2014 Rolex IJRC Top 10 Final CSI 5* at Geneva

2014 Rolex Grand Prix CSI 5* at Geneva*

2015 Global Champions Tour Grand Prix of Miami CSI 5*

2015 Rolex Grand Prix CSI 5* at Aachen*

The Brit made the following statement on his Facebook account:

“After an incredible journey together, my owners and I have decided it’s time to retire the legendary Hello Sanctos.”

We will have a special retirement service for him CHI Geneva on Saturday 14 December, a show that means a lot to us as it is where his Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping journey started.”
