Maastricht, The Netherlands – November 11, 2019 – Harrie Smolders (NED) and Une de L’Othain won the Limburg Prize CSI 4* during the Jumping Indoor Maastricht CSI 4* in the Netherlands.

In total 49 combinations were on the startlist of the Limburg Prize CSI 4*, so the competition was fierce. In the end, it was Harrie Smolders (NED) who registered the fastest clear round while scoring the maximum of 44 points in this 1.45m accumulator challenge with joker, crossing the finish line in 38.38 seconds aboard the 11-year-old grey Selle Français mare (Conterno Grande x Cento).

Jens van Grunsven (NED) who was in the lead for a long time, had to settle for the runner-up position with Doma Sue (Dollar du Murier x Corrado I), stopping the timers in 39.75 seconds.

Annelies Vorsselmans (BEL) finished in third place with Madison (Indoctro x Mr Blue) with the same score as the previous two and a time of 40.52 seconds.
