
Port Grimaud, France – September 21, 2019 – Mathieu Billot (FRA) and Quel Filou 13 won the €25,750 Grand Prix Qualifier CSI 4* yesterday during Hubside Jumping Fall Tour CSI 4*/2* in Port Grimaud, France.
The Frenchman and the 13-year-old grey Bavarian gelding (Quidam’s Rubin x Cascavelle) blazed to victory in the 1.50m jump-off challenge, backed by a penalty-free effort in 36.83 seconds.
Second place was claimed by Martin Fuchs (SUI) and Stalando 2 (Stakkatol x Lando), registering no penalties in 36.83 seconds during the tiebreaker.
Nicolas Delmotte (FRA) and Urvoso du Roch (Nervoso x Grand d’Escla) earned bronze honors after a clean scorecard, only eight-hundredths of a second slower than the latter two.
