Šamorin, Slovakia – August 04, 2019 – Marc Bettinger (GER) and Cleofas van Westuur won the €25,000 Grand Prix CSI 2*, presented by Starland last Sunday during the X-Bionic Summer Tour CSI 4*/2* at the X-Bionic Equestor© Sphere in Samorín, Slovakia.

The German and the 17-year-old Belgian Warmblood gelding (Toulon x Wibramino) took home the win in the jump-off by clearing all the 1.45m obstacles on the course and registering no penalties in 39.98 seconds.

Matias Larocca (SUI) and Vangoth des Besnards (Quartz du Chanu x Quidam de Revel) earned silver honors after two penalyt-free efforts, the decisive one in 41.37 seconds.

Tiffany Foster (CAN) and Galino (Arthos R – Tjalina) completed the podium backed by a clean scorecard and a final time of 41.64. seconds.
